I'm Mattea LeWitt, a licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years of experience. As a curious, enthusiastic, and sensitive person, I know how hard it can be to create a sense of balance in daily life. I want to help you move past constant cycles of overwhelm and burnout so that you can manage your responsibilities, succeed at work, connect with your friends and your family, and feel peaceful, calm, and joyful.

I care deeply about partnering with my clients to help them live lives they love. I’m dedicated to helping people imagine and implement concrete and practical day-to-day strategies that work for their lives (and their unique brains). Additionally, I believe the stories we tell ourselves matter, so I balance that practical work with exploring the emotional and historical aspects of my clients’ struggles.
