Clinical supervision and consultation
As a social worker, I’ve been so fortunate to work with great (and… not-so-great) supervisors. I genuinely value the opportunity to help new social workers (and other colleagues in the field) to learn, grow, and thrive in this dynamic and complex field. While I’ve primarily supervised social work students, I’ve also worked with a psychology post-doctoral fellow and had the chance to work with many outstanding colleagues with different areas of expertise and various approaches to the practice of psychotherapy. Having had lots of jobs in different settings and working with a variety of populations and concerns means that I bring a unique perspective to supervision and consultation. I would love to talk with you about working together!

My primary modality for therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy, including CBT for depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and more. I have training and expertise in helping veterans, LGBTQ+ folks, culturally diverse populations, and neurodivergent individuals.

I’m very collaborative as a clinician and as a supervisor. You can expect that we’ll work together to solve problems and explore your own responses to what’s happening in your clinical work. I also think systemically about therapy and clinical social work, and will encourage you to do the same.

Commit to showing up and doing the hard work. I expect supervisees to set quarterly learning goals. We’ll collaborate to help you build the skills you need to grow into the clinician you aspire to become.

My fee for individual supervision is $100/hour. I can also speak with you about the possibility of group supervision for a lower rate.
