ADHD Therapy in Philadelphia, PA

Have you spent your life hearing things like “Why can’t you [X]?”, “You should just [Y]”, and “Have you tried [Z]?” Many adults with ADHD have great ideas they can't put into action due to problems getting started, sustaining attention, and finishing tasks. If you're constantly misplacing your keys, wallet, phone, and glasses, you likely need better systems, rather than your spouse or roommate telling you to just get it together already. You wish you had more time to be with your friends and your partner instead of scrambling all the time to keep up with “adulting” tasks and work. When you come home from work, you feel like you're bouncing from one thing to the next and never really finishing anything.

Instead of lectures and criticism, ADHD brains benefit from environments where they can shine. Therapy will help you understand yourself and address the practical, emotional, and regulatory (self-care) aspects of managing your ADHD. Along the way, you'll learn about the science of ADHD brains and how to harness your unique gifts. Together, we’ll work to build a life you love.

Learn to work with your brain – not against it – and create the life you've been dreaming about living

FAQ about ADHD Therapy

ADHD symptoms may wax and wane, but longstanding difficulties don't typically resolve on their own.

You deserve to have a life that works for your unique brain!

ADHD is a whole body/whole life experience that impacts your physical, mental, financial, and social health. Whether you need support managing the practical, emotional, or self-care aspects of ADHD, I can help.

My practice is located in Philadelphia (in person therapy coming soon to Center City!), convenient and accessible from downtown Philly, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and even Southern New Jersey. Telehealth appointments are available for Pennsylvania residents only. As a licensed clinical social worker, I've worked with clients of different ages (infants, children, teens, and adults), gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, neurotypes, and cultural backgrounds. My clients tell me they appreciate learning new information that helps them better understand themselves, as well as the practical skills and strategies I cover and the resources I share. Whatever identities and experiences you bring to my therapy office, you're welcome here.

If you're ready to make a change, it's time to take action. You don't have to do it all by yourself anymore. Contact me today.
